ive been to many games at CP, walked it from Ince over scholes, in far worse conditions than these.
i think the reasoning behind all this new H&S stuff is that councils are reluctant to let people go to events because of the compensation culture thats taking over.
but if people want to risk falling, then let them decide whether or not to travel...not some jobsworth from H&S |
