AFAIK you can pay on the gate and I believe the £25 is the 'on the day' price.

Its exploitation and discrimination against away fans, why should i travel for four hours and pay more to watch the 'same game' at the 'same stadium'?
This was discussed on Super League Back Chat and they didnt seem very impressed either. The new concept of your owner...
Lets put it this way, i pay £13 concession at Wigan to sit in the South Stand on Good Friday the first ever derby at Langtree Park Saints admission structure doesnt allow mature students a discount therefore i had to pay £18.50 for my ticket, thats fine as it was a local derby and a historic first game. The point is this - Hull FC are asking £19 for a concession ticket and requires me to travel for four hours incuring another cost.
As discussed on Super League Back Chat even though clubs are individual businesses we need some standardisation across the board at all clubs set prices strucutres for adults, children, oaps, students, unemployed etc. The only issue is the standard of the stadia, in this repsect Hull and Hudds are up there with other 'Yorkshire' clubs floundering i.e Wakefield, Cas, Hull KR.
If people want to go and support thier club at Hull, fair play to you, i wont be going until this is rectified.'"
Thank god for that

Why do see the need to make personal remarks. As has been mentioned numerous times the prices are not set by the fans, so obviously cannot do anything about them. If its a real issue for you, I suggest you contact the club direct and let them know your feelings.

While I tend to diagree with the policy re variation in ticket price between the north and south stands, are you really suggesting that Hull should offer you a discount on your tickets as you have to travel from Wigan to Hull to watch the game?

You get what is deemed a better view in the East Stand though. The comparisons have to made between the North and South. How much is it to sit in the stand directly opposite with the same view and the same facilities?

| Aren't the price differences between the north and south because AP discounted the south as a 'come back' plea to Hull fans?
The price in the north isn't compensating the south.

Which begs the question, Given Wigans generally good attendances, even in the recent rough years, what is the thinking behind the difference in price in the north and south stands at the DW?

What, a pound? Because its the away end probably. Not quite the same is it really?
BTW, as a football fan, I don't think the price is that expensive for the facilities and npr is it the reason why I'm not going. It's more a case of the £6 mark-up. £1-£3 maybe. £6 is too far though imo.

Its not the same, and FWIW I think the differential at Hull is to much (in my view it should be the same at both ends), but we've had a few rabid fans (of all teams, although a couple of particularly vocal Wigan ones claiming there should be no difference atall and Hull are ripping fans of by having any variation in price while either ignoring, or being ignorant of their team doing just the same, albeit on a smaller scale.).
