It would be interesting to know people's thoughts on Marshall vs Grace. I'm sure there's Saints fans on the other side of the fence saying the same about Marshall as what we are saying about Grace.

They probably do, I just see Grace as one dimensional. He runs fast, an I’ll admit yes he can and it get try’s. Marshall is not as fast but technically he’s amazing. Some of the kick try he set up for other/ scores are amazing. Take the try against Huddersfield just before half time. I don’t think I have seen a try like that before. You have people like tommy Mac and Johnstone who are amazing finishers.

When you hear a saints fan go on about a Grace try it’s like they’ve seen the second coming of Christ. Ashton at wire is the player he needs to watch different position but he has other talent other than his speed.

I’ve said it since the sky boys wet themselves after one decent run on debut. Terry O’Connor said the other night ‘who will ever forget his debut’, well Tez, pretty much everyone as it was hardly a five try super show from the second coming of Leroy Rivett.

I’ll give him some praise though, he’s improved and there’s no doubt about that but he’s still average. If you bang the lad in a team at the foot of the table, he’d struggle to get in to double figures for try’s each year as he wouldn’t be afforded the space Saints are making for him. He’s hardly walking in for masses of try’s as it is. Add in the fact he’s limited in getting you out of your end and prone to the odd error in defence and you have nothing more than a reasonable player who scores the odd eye catching try.

No, I think we are thinking of two different people. I was referencing a Cas/Wigan game from quite some times back that's on the Wigan TV site: The Cas commentary is hilarious! But that was twenty years ago, or so.
