As i said. It has nothing to do with me if they want to throw their careers away. They will get caught eventually. I won't go snitching to the club, If it was a bus driver or something then tthat would be different. I know it happens everywhere, no matter of the class of bar you go in but for every 1 player of other clubs caught we have to have an incident to match it. Sick to the back teeth of it. I have certain values, values that are very rare and i sit here and watch while society disappears down the toilet. Where the hell are we going to be in 100 years. What kind of life are we leaving behind for Kirk Douglas?

I used to send people for drugs test in a former job. The problem is that cocaine only stays in the blood stream for 2 days. This is why we need to start testing hair follicles. A strand of hair is like a tree, you can go through it like a timeline. Remember when Britney Spears walked into the hair salon and shaved her hair off and everybody said she had cracked up? She hadn't that's what she wanted people to believe. The truth is that she was about to enter a court battle for her kid(s) and both parties had to undertake drugs tests. She knew she was going to get rumbled. And women pretty much shave all their body hair so no way of knowing.
Anyway that is my last comment on the subject. The club needs to act once and for all or we will be seeing crowds of 5000

I am not going to name them but this club 's culture is appalling. The only way to stomp it out of the game is to do hair follicle tests once a week. Scumbags.'"
Just on this . My mate a saints fan showed me a screenshot of a snapchat (photo for those of you that don’t know) of a current international saints forward doing it the night of the playoff semi.
Drugs are rife in our community’s and the truth is they are rife in rugby league too. It’s not just our players and club so please get off the bandwagon.

Never thought I'd be agreeing with some one about this but he must feel like walking away and thinking whats the point.

| Sigh
Tough time for the club at the minute. As a club who many opposition fans love to hate due to our success, we need to try and avoid any situations that give people ammo but sadly we’ve given them a full nal recently.
It adds to the issues the club are already facing and at some point the owner needs to front up and tackle things one by one.

| It’s a real shame for a kid to potentially throw his career away for something like this.
As he’s confirmed he has gone to Australia to be closer to his family I doubt he will come back even if he is wanted.
He’s not the first and unfortunately won’t be the last.

| This just galvanizes the players. I am not worried. Gabe was very well liked by players and staff alike, he will be ashamed but he has had a very very rough few months in his personal life and a return to Aus was on the cards early Jan.

I’m not convinced it’ll be the last we see of him tbh. Depending on what he’s supposed to have taken, the club would probably choose to stand by him or run the risk of being called out as hypocrites after taking on Zak Hardaker.
It’ll all come out in the wash regardless. It’s a shame to lose the lad as a player because I think he’s got a lot of talent.

Spot on. Rugby players are no different to anyone else in the 20-40 age group. It's a horrible disgusting drug but let's be honest, rightly or wrongly, it's become part of social culture.
