I hope that messageboard comments won’t affect his day to day preparation to be honest otherwise we really have scraped the barrel. None of those were at the tail end of a distinctly average career having failed at two SL clubs but done well at a L1 club (Workington) and in an arguably over achieving London side. There’s absolutely no comparison.

I’ll support him when he’s in a Wigan shirt but in mine, and a heck of a lot of other supporters opinions, this is a poor signing.

Cash flow is clearly an issue at the club. Right now we are investing in facilities and structures rather than the playing squad which is fine but hopefully the former will pay off in the next 5-10 years.

A bit of a 'luxury player' but a good addition to your Squad (in my opinion). I know clubs don't usually have 'half backs' on the bench, but against a tiring team, he'd cause problems !
