No I am not. I meant the year his performances suffered were the same year in which Wane told him to be more aggressive. I thought this was last year. If it was the year before my mistake but my point was there was a recent season when he was very un-Faz like and it followed Wane telling him to be more aggressive. I think a more appropriate response to my post might have been "Didn't you mean 2016"

the guy is lightning!! he may not have that maintenance of speed over the length of the pitch but there are few in the league who accelerate as quickly as he does. I thought he played really well last night; like with Tony Clubb right near the end when they said on SKY, if he had taken it in on his own and got tackled we would have been raging saying why didn't he pass. the fact morgan appeared to surrender is irrelevant.

A slight loss of pace is a bit of a concern, but he still has the acceleration, and bringing him against a tiring Leeds defence really brought dividends. And it was good work from Marshall to be there in support, and the try still needed a bit of scoring. As others have said, a really enjoyable night.

And Faz, yeah, he's a proper footballer. All the skills, and the work-rate to match. What's not to like?

This is miles off mate. He was caught by Matt Parcell with 5 yards start. Not by a winger, not by a half, by a hooker who isn’t exactly likened to Usein Bolt! Yes Escare has speed off the mark but last year he’d have put that ball under the sticks without a hand laid on him. Undoubtedly he’s lost a significant amount of pace which is his primary attribute

I would leave Bateman at centre for the rest of the season, Bateman is a decent centre imo and most of our best performances this season have been with him at centre, Faz and Greenwood are two very good second rowers and Isa who’s been very good this year can provide cover on the bench

Agree with all that bar Isa being the bench player. He’s having a fantastic season and deserves a starting shirt if Bateman is at centre IMO. I always wondered if Isa would make enough ground as a regular starter but he’s really kicked on in that regard.

I quite like the idea of Greenwood’s size being used to add a bit of impact from the bench also.
