They have averaged 8th spot for the last 6 years but every year all you hear about before the season starts is how they are a big top 4 club. delusions of grandeur   |

So remind me, when did Saints win anything AFTER the salary cap was changed or after the tax / offshore loopholes were closed.
You never did explain when RL became a level playing field, did you?
