Just so sorry to hear of this,

One disappointed and very embarrassed Hull FC fan.

Every town/city has its idiots, just seems Hulls share are intent on giving the rest of us, and the city for that matter, a bad name.

Hope everyone got home safe nonetheless!

The coach was attacked in exactly the same place as last year, about half a mile out of the ground heading towards the motorway. This is two years running that the same coach has had the misfortune of being stuck in Hull with holes in the windows and dents on the side. Thankfully the windows were double glazed/reinforced so the girl who was headheight with one of the smash sites was not hurt... I dread to think what would of happened if the brick had gone through.

We do not believe they were Hull fans, however at this moment in time we are seriously reconsidering whether we will come back to Hull with our coaches.

We are home safe now, no thanks to the low-lifes who have let everyone down.

Agree with this post 100%. Let's not get into a slanging match about other things.

As a Hull fan I can only apologise for the mindless morons and rest assured they were not hull fans just typical scumbags as even I had my car bricked as I was driving home wearing a hull shirt

Unfortunately this is part of today's mindless youth all over the UK but that's another story

To be fair nobody knew where it had happened, apart from those who saw the incident. Given that we were leaving the Hull ground and the history of events when trying to get away from there it is perhaps fair to think at first that it may be Hull fans. It is the same conclusion that people would come to no matter what stadium it happens at.
They may have been Hull fans, we don't know they ran off too quick for anyone to be able to identify them.
Either way it is a shame for Hull FC, Hull as a city and rugby league in general that this happens, it tarnishes what was a great away day and has put a lot of people off returning for fear of being hurt.. Something that the game really doesn't want to happen.

Officially RLFAN's most Doe-eyed Happy Clapper. Big Steve wrote: The Internet has provided some wonderful creativity, opportunities and knowledge sharing but it has also given a worldwide forum for people you would leave a full pint behind in the pub to avoid having to listen to them. aboveusonlypie... “We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club. During 2006 football world cup, a large group of Polish supporters attacked a group of local's. They were wearing England shirts resulting in the press reporting it was England fans causing trouble because, as we all know, there is previous and no-one would having any problem believing it.

The point I'm trying to make is the scumbags who did this are probably using the fact that there has been problems in the past to get this sort of reaction. We all know that your average fc fan has no interest in anything but the rugby but these mindless idiots will put people off travelling to support their team because 'Hull is unsafe'. Very sad.

It doesn't. All it proves is that some yob likes to think it was Hull fans and takes some sort of pleasure from it... As if its some sort of status symbol being able to pick up a house brick and use it as a weapon.
As I said before; it has happened two years in a row in exactly the same place and I have no doubt it was the same people... Who were not in visible Hull FC shirts.
