It's a problem for the game as a whole and not just Wigans. The fact that we pull in a pathetic crowd like that should have other teams fans worried yet they celebrate.
Cut the play offs to 6 teams, move the challenge cup final to late May and offer people discounts with their season tickets and it'll be problems solved but that's too simple for the RFL. |

I'd cut it to 6 as well (see the thread on our board), but the RFL will see two medium sized stadiums sold out this weekend, see a full O/T (whichever of the four get through will fill it), and say the play-offs have been a success. As a result this time next year there will be threads on every rlfans board complaining about the size of the crowds in the play-offs. |
