Well, I would take Cardiff back any day. Wembley stadium is large and impressive, the views are good etc, but it does lack a bit of soul. What I miss though, is the pre and post match atmosphere in Cardiff. There's nothing around Wembley really, except a few very, very overcrowded pubs and the odd forecourt. I've now been to CC finals at Old Wembley, New Wembley, Murrayfield, Twickenham and Cardiff, and in all honesty Cardiff is miles ahead as a match-day experience.

It has been called "Olympic Way" since it was built in 1948. It is usually called "Wembley Way" but that isn't, strictly speaking, the correct name. So you can't blame the New Wembley development for that one. |
