I sense a real weight of expectation here in Warrington. I was listening to two blokes talking in Tesco (Warrington) on Sunday who were convinced they were going to watch Warrington clinch the hub cap against Wigan. "We just need to smother Tomkins and we'll do 'em" and "they'll beknackered from wembley" seemed to be the two points they were pinning their hope on. The ticket sales just back up the fact that Warrington are full of confidence going into this.

Personally I think if we lose against Wire I'll be full of confidence when we face the in the play offs. If we win, I'd be concerned about meeting them at Robin Park o wherever else we have to play.

We wouldn't meet Wire until Old Trafford though. I doubt either us or them would choose one another.

The fitness levels this team have means they won't be tired from Wembley and they'll be fully focused and not on the lash. Wire will do what they try to do every week and blow us away first 20. If we're switched on (which I expect us to be) then we'll win the game.

I'd laugh my balls off though if they beat us and then lost to Hull. I hate the hubcap but I want to win it this season just because I'm getting sick to the back teeth of Wire fans.
