Would love for us to sign Ratchford, he is pure class!

I hope Coley signs for another year but if he doesn't we must be looking at TOP players who have lots of experience. O'Meley would be quality and I wouldn't say no to Puletua to be honest.

I don't think he is but we don't have any chance of signing Morley, Peacock, Graham or Mason (who will be awesome when he finds his feet).

If we kept O'Meley fit then he would be an improvement on Coley.

In terms of positions we could need to sign players in dependant on who we retain i'd be happy to take a realistic look at the following-

King
Ratchford
O'Meely
Cashmere
Carvell
Lunt
Andy Ellis

As I say alot depends on who stays and who goes and i'd guess most of those will stay were they are but I wouldn't be against any of them.

I honestly hope Coley doesn't re-sign for another year and we get a proper intimidating forward in. We need it.

Hock?

Hock is not a Prop!!!!!

Are you crazy? He's our been and still is our best prop.

Has anyone actually seen Hock? He's no bigger than when he left. Hock plus a big mean intimidating prop would go some way to remedying the situation.

You look at guys like Pauleta, O'Meley, Peacock etc and you look at their pay packets and reps for being hard nuts but yet Coley has matched all of them but got a lot less credit for it.

Look at Mason would you take him and his wages over Coley.

No.

Don't get me wrong I rate Coley he's been one of our two best props this season, imo, but he's been thinking of retiring for a couple of years and I'd rather back our younger lads and getting a real intimidating prop in would improve our pack, imo.

Andy Coley was talked out of retiring after last years success. He will almost certainly retire this season.

He's been an excellent signing for Wigan, but this season he hasn't been our best prop. Paul Prescott, Lee Mossop and Jeff Lima have all done better than him. They all have a better metres per carry ratio than Coley. That is no quirp at Coley either, just the rest have all performed very, very well for us.

And yet you want Dowes?

He honestly is the worst player in the Hull team, and that's going some way the way we've played this season. His stats may look good but he plays big minutes, which is OK if your rotation gets hit, but normally he just jogs into a tackle and goes straight down, then takes ages to play the ball!

If you want Dowes we'd swap him for any one of your players! (Apart from Tomkins )
