| Would love Karl Pryce to smash a few Wires players - legitimately of course!
Even better if there are some unsavoury incidents involving Morley, Carvell and co and they have to appear before the RFL disciplinary panel. Any betting, though, they would miraculously escape a ban? Again!

| if neither finch or deacon are fit id keep roberts at full back. the kicks Brough put in were superb in the first half, the height, distance, the way the ball rotates and changes direction, any full back would have struggled. The fact is in the second half we applied alot more pressure to kicker so the bombs were harder to execute. Sam to 6 and tommy at 7 for me next week. Roberts needs confidence and he'll get that by playing. last year pre injury there wasnt a better player in the league with ball in hand !!!

That is the worst excuse I have heard so far. Yes they were good kicks, but to bottle a catch FOUR times in the first half is more down the lack of confidence of the player rather than the quality of the kicker. Most full backs would have at least made an attempt to catch the ball.

Then why did Sam drop less quality kicks in the same position the other week at Salford?

Roberts bottling FOUR catches has nothing to do with Sam and Salford. I don't recall praising Sam and I don't recall calling for Roberts to be dropped either. I am allowed to criticise Roberts for that if I want to, and IMO most fullbacks would have made more of an attempt whereas Roberts looked like a scared little kid.

| Don't think there's any doubt Sam will come back in at full back. Can't understand people talking about Sam moving to 6 - MM sees him as a full-back now. End of. Besides, Lockers is playing great at 6.
I'd keep him there, and just replace Mellor with Finch or Deacs on the bench, depending on who's fit. If neither are, maybe Roberts on the bench. Let Mellor go back to Quins.

I remember how poorly defensivly Sam played against Salford but because it's Sam hardly a word was spoken. The minute Roberts has a few dodgy moments there's 4 or 5 pages on him. What's the difference? I think some people are being to quick to judge, especially those who are wanting him out of the 17, quite ridiculous really.

That's probably because more people saw what Roberts had done as it was on TV. I don't want him dropped but I do think he needs a massive improvement, you cant bottle kicks like he did.

| I hope the Hoff is able to recover, he took a bad bang and needed pain killing injections at hudds to return.
It would be great to get sam back at 1 and then finchy off the bench. However, this game will be won and lost up front in the forwards. They came to the DW last season and bullied our pack. We cannot afford for the same thing to happen again.

1883.jpg Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

Neither. Moran has Lewis in his pocket.
