the culture of your club will certainly have to change if you are to be considered as serious gf contenders,i congratulate you on peaking for one off,randomly drawn out of the hat games,spaced apart by several weeks.
the fact that warrington can only peak for these types of games <as of the end of 2010 season>,clearly speaks volumes as to why you will have to seriously improve to make an inpact on the play-offs!
let's hope your goalkicker doesn't miss a single kick this season eh?  |

Although I still think you will be up there, the fact that your squad hasn't changed is probably one of the reasons why you had a poor season. Every other top side has improved whilst you've stayed the same. Every side needs freshening up once in a while.
Plus I just don't rate your new coach that much, I hope i'm wrong as we need good british coaches but I can't see how he'd be an improvement.

Yes the squad is pretty much the same only...older
Coaching staff is....... hmmmm...different
Youth team not the greatest
Bookmark this if you like, but 5 years time you will be a mid table side, say what you want about Wire we may be too but at the moment there is nothing suggesting otherwise about Leeds.
Not arrogant it's not my way, just calling it as i see it.

If we are a 'spent force' that surely means at the present time?
I know you not been arrogant and believe me your not the only one to write Leeds off. But the team getting older...yeah sure but the vast majority are still in their 20s! As for the youth I will tell you Leeds have got 5/6 younsters contending for the first places that will win international honours at some point in there careers. Nothing at all has changed from 07/08/09 and see it as sorry excuses but Leeds had a very tough season last year. Horrendous luck with injurys, a very bad heavy pitch for the first 3 months slowing play down (something you guys are concerned about at present) and we didn't have a week off until the playoffs - and we still finished 4th and the CC final, not many teams would have done that.
Now I'm not saying Leeds will walk this season by any means, but they will be there along with Wigan, Wire, Hudds and Saints having a battle royal for SL. One thing is for sure any of those 5 can win, and we dont say that every year do we. |

4 Teams in my opinion, Huddersfield represent a bigger threat this year than Leeds. If you finish outside the top 4 which I honestly believe you will, then your chances of getting to the grand final seriously weaken. |
