Tried ordering mine at 8am-ish from the RFL site this morning, an hour later it was still doing its 'Processing, please wait' thing and as I had to leave for work, I gave it up as not working and shut it down. Nothing listed in my Transaction History on there at the time either.
Lunchtime just now, I tried ordering again - no problems this time, sorted straight away. Clicked through to my transaction history to make sure they were showing, which they were... in addition to the ones I'd tried ordering earlier, which appear to have completed at 12:15pm-ish, three/four hours after I'd tried ordering them and shut the thing down back at home. There'd been no e-mail confirmation to let me know this in the mean time.
E-mailed RFL ticketing about it, but I'll not hold my breath for them doing anything about it. Anyone after a pair of £30 tickets in the Boston Stand if I now end up paying for and receiving both pairs ordered?

Fair play, someone there just called me now and sorted it all out. Ticketmaster's system not playing ball earlier today, apparently. Sixty quid's worth of a sigh of relief on that one! |

Arrived today, got our seats ( season ticket ) £80 plus w/end in Cardiff expensive start to the season but hey you can see your club in the WCC at your home ground.

The exact same thing happened to me but with Millennium Magic tickets. Ordered one online on Sunday night and it was processing for ages. At last the screen went off but took me directly to the homepage and I didnt even recieve a confirmation email so assumed the transaction didnt go through. Rang up yesterday at about 4pm and ordered one over the phone.
Got into work last night to check my account and I have been charged twice. Yesterday at 4pm when I rang up and also Yesterday at 12.03pm even though I ordered the ticket online Sunday night! I will be ringing up the RFL for a refund of one of the tickets.
Do I stand a chance?

I just rang them up and they have given me a refund for one of the tickets. They said ticketmaster has had problems over the past few days and lots of people have made double bookings. He told me they were just in the process of ringing people back, who it had looked like made double bookings and was asking them if they meant to do it (dont know how true that is). So I suggets you give them a ring and tey should be able to help you.
I would of thought though my tickets would have already been sent out?

Now we know where this supposed sudden surge in uptake for Millennium Magic has come from! 
Definitely worth checking your transaction history on there if you've placed an order in the last few days, just in case. |
