We're favourites with the bookies?

Shhh...I'm in the right frame mind going into the game on Saturday.

Everybody, stop trying to change it.

Unfortunately we're looking like the walking wounded. I'm expecting this to be a game too far for us, which is a shame as the game would be a cracker if both teams were fully fit.

Having said that, I expected us to lose in the last game but was pleasantly surprised.

Heres hoping that both teams manage to rise to the occasion and that its a great game of flowing, open rugby. May the best team win and hopefully the idiotic fans from both teams manage to stay off the internet in the aftermath.

Can't see anything other than a comfortable Wigan win, but then again I said the same a fortnight ago . . . .

Leeds have done themselves no favours in winding up Wigan before the game, it could get messy for them Wembley stylee.

Reasons I think we'll win:

5 previous semi-final defeats combined with Shaun Wane led motivation will spur the team on to a huge effort.
This Wigan team won't lose to the same side twice in three weeks.
Leeds have to adjust to a new halfback pairing with no game-time preparation.
Twice we've beaten Leeds this season comfortably. The 2 occasions we've lost have been one score defeats in which we had ample opportunity to win.
Sam Tomkins is in outstanding form and can win a game on his own.
Likely return of Deacon will improve what was a very poor kicking game last week.
Should have the edge in the front row with our lads (Fielden especially) in good form and Leeds missing Peacock and Burgess.

Well the man's not some sort of god!

Not saying he'll be the sole reason why we'll win the game - just saying he'll have them fired up which could be a contributing factor to us winning.

Leeds have tried (and very poorly at that) to get a reaction from the Wigan club, Peacock with his cack knees has come out calling players cowards, Dr Evil has attempted to spark up a war of words between the coaches.

Both have failed, MM is simply sitting back, training the Wigan team hard all week and focussing on what should be everyones fist priority in getting Wigan to the GF the following week.

It will either work in two ways for Leeds, the players will be too pumped and give away stupid penalty and penalty for reckless play. Wigan will simply just have to play rugby league, we do this matched with a bulldog like defence and we will take the game.

I can't c how all the pressure is on Leeds cos for1 we have not been the best team in the league ie with you lot winning the teapot lid. 2 we have being here before and got the t-shirt and don't have that monkey on our back of not winning it 4 14 years so I feel the pressure is on you even more after losing 2 week ago

tbh I have to agree with that. Surely he tries to motivate our lads for every game? Plus anybody who needs firing up for a Wigan vs Leeds semi final is seriously in the wrong job!

Wembley there is no excuse but iam sure we beat you on the way 2 get there or you forget that,another game you blew...so pressure on Leeds no I don't think so but Wigan blowing the big games yes...
