Agreed. We need three senior props even if they play a bit less next season as the younger players get chances but it's not going to be as big an improvement to the side as it looks if we sign Lima and lose one or both of those two.

I reckon the pair of them ought to relish playing in a pack with the additions of Lima and Hoffman as it will take some of the responsibility off their shoulders. We have not had as good as pack as this since 2006 when Logan was here and I am sure Fielden would like to see Lima come on when Coley goes off (not sure the opposition will ) . It ought to help him play better as well IMO.

NWO we had our youngsters in the pack on friday and they were battered by a Wires pack we need more strength and Wigan have gone out and got it,oh and by the way we have loads of youngsters coming thru but not everyone can make the 1st team!!

Great bit of business, a real shot in the arm for the start of a new week - proper positive news after the disappointment of Friday's result. All three look like pretty direct swaps for players who we're expecting to leave, and all three will surely be upgrades on those leaving. Only worry would be that we've not directly replaced Riddell, though I guess we still might - I hope running with what we've got doesn't prove to be the wrong decision in that role. Piggy has been awesome this season; fingers crossed Tommy and Mickey Mac can step up as required.
