I didnt hear them complaining when the council's admiration of WRLFC allowed them to get the new stadium they needed. As we all know the council would never have allowed the JJB to be built without us. I understand that they wouldnt have allowed it without them either but at least we dont moan about the council lmao. I'm pretty sure the council helped them build a stadium to share with us right? Just a thought... |

| They haven't got to grips with hypocrisy on that board, have they? I particularly enjoyed one bitter individual called 'Bob on drugs' or something complaining that a thread on here hadn't been locked when it criticised the Latics. On a thread entitled "why do you hate the Warriors". Stupidity like that should be cherished. 
Wish I could be ar*ed signing up and replying but tbh reasoned and intelligent debate really isn't their strong point is it... |

It definatly is, and thats pretty much how I feel about Latics as well. I want them to stay up to be honest. It's good for the town if they do, I definatly don't hate them, they arn't a threat to us, and we arn't to them imo.
Funny thing is though, I'm Wigan RL through and through now, but I used to love Latics, I once went down to Wembley to watch them lose to Gillingham 3-2 in extra time, I was also at the game where they got promoted to the Championship (Huddersfield away, drew 0-0) I wonder how many of the people who go on that site went to games like that, or how many of them used to support Liverpool/United/Everton/City, but now swear that they have been Latics fans all their life...

When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.
