Kearney has impressed me a lot more.
As for Orford, all I can say is I am glad we didn't punt for him.

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever

Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go

I certainly don’t think he’s worth the money he’s on that’s for sure. He’s being paid the money of one of the best HB’s in the world and he most defiantly in that elite group occupied by players such as Lockyer, Thurston and Barrett. You only have to look at his SOO and Aussie career (or lack of for that matter) to confirm this.
Back to Bradford and I think the conditions will have a big say in this fixture. We need to make sure we carry our excellent defence into this game cause if on Friday it’s as good as it has been in previous weeks we’ll come out on top with ease.'"
Orford will have a great kicking game, but he will not be good enough alone to break down our defence as it is. We have been scoring tries from all over the pitch and have only let in an average of 8 points in 4 games and most of the points came against warrington who currently have the second best attack.
Bradford have only scored 66 points in 4 games and most of those came in just one game. They ever struggled to put points on the board against a pretty poor salford team.
I really can't see them scoring more than 10 and I can't see us scoring less than 10. It has a Wigan win written all over it. Like I said we would have to gift them the game with pens and errors to lose. If we do the things we have done in the first 4 games, Bradford will be 18+ behind come the final whistle.

I do
£1,136 of the £1,398 matched is on Bradford! madness.
Wigan should be 9/10 -8 IMO
Wigan Half-Time/Full-Time is just over evens as well

I'm happy with the deal we've got. Deacon wont be on anything like Orford and has been top value for money so far IMO.

As it stands at the moment he is a better player, although this is based purely on Deacon's age and the fact that his body has been delt some serious punishment over the last 12 years or so.
If i had a choice between Kearney now or Deac's at the height of his Bulls days then for me it is Deacon all the way. Even now i think his kicking game is in the top three in the league (alongside Brough and Dobson).
I am glad we have Deacon, his experience is already of great benifet to Sam T and co.
We have the better deal IMO

| I remember thinking it was a very smart deal when we signed Deacs and I thought at the time, and still do now, that we got the better end out of the deal.
Deacon was exactly what we needed and we we’ve already seen the benefits of his inclusion into the squad. With Mcilorum out injured and Piggy picking up a knock it can’t be understated how good it is to have Deacs come into the side with so little fuss. Ask yourself if we would have won against Wire with Lockers at standoff and then you start to realise how good having a quality player like Deacs in the squad is.
Bradford on the other hand have ploughed money into an old & over hyped Aussie. I can almost guarantee that he won’t win them any trophies and when he leaves they’ll arguably be in no better condition or situation they are in now. I said it at the time but the bulls are going down a very dangerous road which is the same one which nearly got us relegated.
Regardless of what any Bulls fans say Wigan got the better deal with this one.

The big issue with Orford was demonstrated at Manly last year, he really doesn't seem to have the appetite to take a game by the balls when it's going wrong. Which is desperately what Bradford need him to do.

Big call that,,I just wonder if the Bulls might upset Wigan here,,Think it was last season that Leeds went to Odsal while they were flying and they got beat. And some of the results last season and so far this have been unpredictable,,,
