| Quote: NickyKiss "Lenagan will give him time especially given he's his own choice.
As for expectations from the fans I think everybody just wants to see a change in terms of commitment. The Wigan public can handle losing(we've got used to it) but what they can't handle is losing limply with the players looking like they couldn't give a to*s.
I want to see a totally committed team every week and i want to see a team that looks like it's putting in the hard yards on the training field. If that still isn't good enough because the other sides have been better then fair enough.
Shaun Wane has said he believes they can get 20% more out of alot of our current players......................i think they can get even more then that out of a couple.
Just look at the change in attitude Tony Smith brought about at Wire in such a short space of time! The trophy was a bonus whereas the preformences they started to get out of the likes of King, Monaghan, Briers etc showed he'd got a commitment from them to improve and that he'd given them confidence.'"
We just needed a class coach and a fresh start to bring out the best in the players we had I reckon Wigan will do better under MM am not saying Noble was a crap coach but sometimes you just need a fresh start.

We seemed to have gone stale under Noble. When he took over us we were in a far worse position then Wire found themselves in last year and if we'd been in a similar state Nobby might have guided us to a trophy pretty quickly but the rebuilding job was huge.
He got us so far and then everything seemed to stall. I think everybody at Wigan should be grateful to him though as he's left us some pretty solid foundations to build on.
Next year should be a really good season. Leeds and Saints will be there or therabouts and i'm expecting big improvments from Wire, Wigan, Hull, Bradford and Catalans aswell as the continued improvment of Hudds, Wakey and Hull KR.

I think most teams need the same thing.

If you can get it working, it's a bit touchy when using chrome.

I am always sceptical to this theory Brian Noble has laid down 'solid foundations' for Mike MaGuire to build from. I think it is just an over used cliche. The main message I seem to be getting from the management, and one of the main reasons supporters are feeling optimistic, is the change of culture going on around the club. Also it's not like we're keeping the same staff either - we've had a complete overhaul from top to bottom at the club in that department. We're hearing of new structures, set plays and methods from Mike MaGuire - nothing about building on from what Noble has done. I fail to see what/where these solid foundations are.

Facilities
Reserve and academy have improved although it's not all down to Noble
Noble took us from bottom of the table to finishing 3rd 3 years on the bounce
The club is in a much better state than 2005 and 2006, MaGuire would have a much tougher job if he was taking it from there.

Noble himself said he'd built us a bridge and was sad that he wouldn't get to paint it...................they're leaving that to Feka, Pryce and Riddell as part of the extra fitness work.
All the stretching of the arms should rid them of their 'Moobs'.
