Great survey. Some thought provoking questions. Hope everyone answers sensibly and not just "mek tikits £4 plz".

I forgot to mention it but hopefully someone from the club will see this. PLEASE stop playing that awful Patty Smyth "I am a warrior" song before the players come out after HT. It's dated, not even a good song, only played because it says "warrior" in it and doesn't get anyone pumped for this second half.

Very good survey that actually asks some thought provoking questions around some of the key issues. Obviously there are issues out of the club's hands (e.g. Thursday games) but I hope they get a good response to this and really take some of the points on board. As Wigg'n says, it needs fans to be sensible when answering as well.

Submitted my response, but I still did not get to list my biggest bug-bear, as I foolishly assumed there would be either an "Any other comments" or a comments box in the ticketing section.

Why the hell can I still not buy tickets online, due to there being no option to request a child season-ticket holder swap for away games?

If anyone from the club reads these boards (I doubt it), please fix this, as it has never been addressed since e-ticketing went live.

All it has to do is ask for the child's client code when placing the order.

Isnt the first question 'what would be the one thin you would change?'

The whole soundtrack on matchdays is shocking and I think actually has a negative impact on building atmosphere. Go back to some of the old tunes or a brand new thought-out set list please.

It certainly is, or at least one of the first questions.

It is, but that is "What would you change about the CLUB", which to me suggests the biggest thing that will help the club to both retain support and grow, I had a very diffrent answer for that.

This is the biggest thing about TICKETING, which is a smaller issue overall, as it will not help the club financially, but will make it so that parents of season-ticket holding kids no longer have to phone in.

Completed the survey today. One of my pet hates is unnecessarily loud music before the match starts. It's so loud you can't hear yourself think, let alone have a chat with the person next to you, as I like to do. It's the same everywhere. Seems to be the modern way, unfortunately.

I do like music, rock and progressive rock, I go to several gigs each year and, as far as I'm concerned the louder the better, just not before rugby matches!!

I think my answer to that which was "the coach" is a fair answer if that was the intention of the question.

I thought the most interesting questions were those related to the standard of SL, it's competitiveness and the quality of the play. What they will use the answers to those questions for I have no idea but to even ask them shows a concern which is a good thing.

Overall a very interesting survey and clearly the club has put some thought into it.
