This is part of the first link.
Word has it that all this will coincide with a lift-off for Welsh rugby league as the game's power-brokers look at the possibility of two new teams - in the north and south.
Former Great Britain ace Harris, currently assistant Wales boss, is seen as the face of the Principality, while Wigan coach Noble has yet to be offered a new contract and is favourite to succeed John Dixon at the Crusaders.
Harris cannot wait to return to the birthplace of his father, where he enjoyed a successful club and international union stint with Cardiff between 2001-04.
Crusaders, who have three Super League wins in their debut season, are leaving their Bridgend home for Rodney Parade, Newport, and will also play a game at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground next season.

And the bit that matters on the second link.
Noble is resigned to leaving Wigan when his contract expires at the end of his season.
Asked yesterday if there was any update on the situation, he replied: "No, nothing. As the weeks go by, I'm a sensible fella, you kind of get the message."

So basically either Noble is a liar or the majority on here are right and he has been informed of his future.

The majority on here have speculated that he must have been informed by now as it would be quite unbelievceable he be left in the dark about his future at Wigan for so long.
From that statement it appears IL has not informed him as I am sure Noble isn't going to lie about that and I find quite amazing he has not been told. I think it is quite unjustifyable.

I agree.
I was quite happy not to know myself, but for Noble not to know is well, wrong really.

were that the case i agree but i am sure it is not, it would be very unprofessional if it were though.
I am sure BN would not be waiting around till this late in the day.
Around the time of the Kearney approach i am sure he would have wanted answers and been told them.
Deliberatly or not he has made a fly away comment to the post adding his bit of spin to the story.
Do you seriously think a coach of BN's experience would be sat around waiting to hear from his Chairman right down to the wire?
I again am happy to see the full story as and when it is revealed which it will be in time, other than that all we can do is specualte, but in my opinion common sence would suggest BN knows full well what the situation is and where his future is.

There is nothing in there to suggest he is waiting around though. He may well be talking to other clubs, and that may be where the Celtic rumour is coming from, but he just isn't saying anything to the papers, which is fair enough.

| At the end of the day BN's contract expires in a few weeks time and it sounds as though he has not been offered a new one. I am sure BN has got or is getting something sorted for himself and won't be sat there waiting for news that probably will not come. I know i would be sorting myself out.

23997_1287161421.jpg
Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_23997.jpg |

| Personally i think il is being a **** not letting anyone know even noble (if it's true)
He's a smart buisness man they why the **** does he not let the fans know whats going on at the club before he releases the season ticket prices (dont know if they have yet)
Dont know about any of you but i'm slowly starting to fall out of love with the club and it's ****ing me right off
IL GROW SOME BALLS AND MAKE A STATEMENT

Exactly, BN will have a deal sorted for next year by now, i have no doubt about that, he is the master of using the media, these little quips are now part of the credibility game in my opinion.

| All the sympathetic tosh about Noble not knowing so late is getting boring.
It's only hiding the real thing that most people are annoyed about, and that is the fact they don't know everything that goes on at the club.

| So let's get this straight.
Brian Noble hasn't been told anything about whether or not he's got a job at Wigan next year?
Firstly, even if that was true, what's to stop him asking? He'd have to be given an answer of some sort.
Secondly, whether it's true or not, it didn't stop him talking to several other clubs during the course of his Wigan contract. Likewise, it hasn't stopped him sorting out a couple of options for himself next year (from what I understand) regardless of whether Wigan have offered him a job or not.
I wish certain people on here would stop believing everything they read in the press. And I wish certain other people would stop believing everything they see in the press that suits their argument.

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

| I should flippin hope Noble doesn't know if he can stay at Wigan or not! He should have to earn a new deal not know he has another year even if we do ball all in the play-offs.
PEOPLE SHOULD REALLY GET TO GRIPS WITH THE FACT THAT WE DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND IT IS MOST LIKELY THAT AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE WHEN WE HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OUT, IF ONE IS NOT MADE WHEN OUR SEASON IS OVER THEN IT IS TIME TO WORRY/GET FRUSTRATED!
