Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_39110.jpg

Bad news about ticket sales, or the club being nice because of the postal strike?

When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club. We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens. Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before. MH states that 3/4 have already renewed. Bearing in mind alot will have left it until Friday to renew (incl myself) approx 7.5K have renewed which is bloody good.

I will reserve judgement untill I see how many we eventually have sold for next season.

SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled. For 27 - 0 you get a trophy For 75 - 0 you get sod all. Wigan had eight in a row Saints have five in a row:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_3076.jpg

Yup!
Didn't they extend the deadline last year?
With the amounts of money involved I'd expect a lot of people to renew as late as poss and after the Oct pay day, if paid at the end of the month.
If season ticket sales are similar to last year then they've done very well.
Win the early season games and the walk up will then increase.

No trees were harmed during the creation of this post. However, a number of electrons were mildly inconvenienced. . Saint94 wrote "Every team is in your feckin shadow....we all know." - Amen to that, brother . Saddened! wrote "We've got the worst backline in the competition, bar possibly London and Wakey. I'd swap our 1-7 with Salford in a heartbeat.":123.jpg

Yeah. Just got it.

Funny that just as Mick Hogn was telling me by phone that I only had 2 days left, the website was announcing the week-long extension.

On another note - Is anyone having problems with the online renewals?

When I enter my client code and Name, I get "An unknown error has occurred."

It's been like this for 3 days now, whether I try from home or from work.

Agreed I think it is good news.

A lot will have left it till the last minute. I expect the majority of people from last season to renew their season tickets and from then on they go on general sale?

We could hope to beat last years amount.
