They ought not to be classed as "fans" of any sport then. I was one of Terry Newton's more outspoken detractors but once upon a time I thought he was like no other, and in the past few hours it has hit me what a waste of a life it is.
So, any minute's silence will be supported by myself and my family to show love and respect to his family. |

There have been times this season when some Wigan fans have been disrespectful through similar silences (leting phones off, giggling, excessive coughing....etc). I hope ALL fans show some respect for 60 seconds on Saturday.
