Just looked and he's not been on here for 3 years.
As for getting out of hand - If anyone remembers "The Parrot" incident, then you know just how sanitised (and sensible) these forums have become over the past 15+ years.
(Hint for the younger members - It was a massive part of what got the official WW forum shut down) |

The short version is that following an argument on the official board between Warriors and Latics fans, one of the Latics posted an image of a parrot perched on an erect penis.
That was pretty much the last straw and the club shut down the official forum and left us to the independent forums. |

I am sure no one is upset about us mentioning him in a thread about the history of Wigan RL forums. We used to exchange Christmas cards and having sent the overseas cards that year the one I got back was from his wife Irene explaining what had happened. |
