Stories like this make you wonder what the hell is wrong at Wigan.
Clearly there is a good attitude in the club, and a team spirit. I was told that they were all very disappointed with the St Helens result and were determined to put it right.
So why do we never see any of this translated into performance?

You do have to wonder don't you, it just seems we have zero confidence in ourselves, once a side gets on a roll ala Catalan we can't stop it. Our experienced heads should be standing up at that point, but sadly, the guy who should be leading us to battle couldn't take on a footlong subway currently. |

i was on that flight too and Gleeson actually apologised to my mate for coming out and watching us lose, my mate told him to not be daft (don't know if he'd have said the same if it was pryce but never mind) but just shows their not as clueless as some think.
these lads are normal humans who feel disapointment and don't lose on purpose and they too like to see kids coming to games and like to help and promote the game when they can just like we do. They all looked knackered and gutted on the plane, just as we did. Glad something good came out the of it all. |
