| I doubt JK would be welcome back at the JJB (if rumours are to be believed about his time as assistant coach)

Given the reasons by his departure i do not think he would come back nor would he be welcomed back, had he not left the club under a cloud i think he would have been given a chance as head coach at the JJB.
I agree he is a quality coach, who importantly surrounds himself with quality support staff, which is half the key to his success.

Under what cloud did he leave? Given that we are under new ownership does it matter anyway?

Lam knows the club and more importantly the quality of our youth. He'd give them a chance to shine.
It would be a Mike Gregory type of appointment.'"
Didn't Lam & Brett Kenny go for the job before Noble???
I would like to see a trio of adrian Lam as head coach, Dennis Betts as Defensive coach and Brett Kenny in Lydon's old role. Quality.

| Its sad to say that i would not like to see an English appointment.
We need an Australian coach with a proven track record that can come over and shake the club up.
Wigan needs so much more than just subtle changes, we need major changes to the team, the ones that Noble isnt prepared to make.

You say that like our squad is $hite; on paper it's top 4, easily. We just need some effective coaching for the current crop we have.

A good coach gets the best out of the players he has, Noble is not doing this.
A Great example of this is Harry Redknapp at Portsmouth, he did not have the best players but got the best out of each one, with the dominance of afew major teams it is a great achievement for them to win the FA cup. I know its a different game but the same principle, Noble has to get the best out of our players, as they are capable of so much more.
