The KC is owned by the city council and we like Hull city have a twenty five year lease as joint major users of the stadium. It would be Hull City that would have the major problem as they could neither force us out or buy the stadium. I can see City going down anyway so that will not be a problem for us much longer with the prospect of them being in administration as well, but its a funny old game is soccer.
Anyone thought of the Old Trafford angle on this as well, we would have to find another venue for the grand final and the Wembley stadium is crying out for more use.
I would not worry about it as it would certainly fall foul of the EECs restraint of trade regs if they did push it
