I wouldn't have him down as man of the match either but he didn't have a 'very poor game' as you said.

He defended for his life, marked Gidley out of the game and relieved some pressure near the end with a couple of breaks and all on one leg.

They are my MOM but have to say that was the best "team" effort for a long while.
The lads were under the cosh from the minute Roberts was binned. As Saints had scored two tries whilst he was off when he returned they were still full off running and being force fed penalties by Thaler.
