He doesn't look overly happy does he?
Least we're doing what's best for Wigan - can't see Wane keeping him on board if he's a trouble maker, nor Lenegan sanctioning a pay-off for a player who'd just go and sign for someone else.

Obviously we don't know all the in's and out's of this move, but if Hock is the instigator, i don't want to see him anywhere near a Wigan shirt again.. |

No certainly not. No idea what's gone on in the background but after the drugs ban and the like he was well aware this was his last chance (if indeed he has done something wrong) and I'd imagine it'll be loan deals until his contract expires (end of 2013?).

From the official siteFollowing Hock's demands for more money in mid-season, insistence at short notice in October on a move to Australia and discussions instigated by the player in December around his request to move to another Super League club, Gareth Hock refused completely after Christmas to return to rehabilitation and pre-season training at Wigan. Bit boring of IL to rule this out. We could have held a sweep on when he got the red card 
On a serious note, I think the way Wigan have handled this will galvanise the team rather than undermine it in the way that some have suggested. |

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

The only loser in this is Hock.
He could have been a Wigan legend. He is probably the best BR in the world when he is on form.
Anyone questioning if Hock has done anything wrong needs shaking up.
Great move for US though, we will have more cap space, less trouble, he won't play against us but will play against the likes of Saints and Wire. Great stuff!
