Williams role in part is to orchestrate the attack but he offers absolutely nothing. Needs to go to free up much needed salary cap space

Its not Williams fault. He may not be in his best form but i maintain that no halfback can work miracles if they have no options outside of them. Our attacking line offers no threat to the defending team, its just pass the parcel along the line from side to side.

its his job to get them going, hes out pivot and organiser....he makes the wrong decisions all the time. Is utter, utter garbage. Had enough for this hes young crap and its not his fault. Hes on top, top money and is no where near delivering it. Last year Sam madse his job easier as he did his job for him, now hes been found out without an outside or inside pivot.

George isn’t our organiser and therein lies the problem, we don’t have one. He plays his best rugby off the cuff with a seven who pulls strings e.g. the massively underrated Matty Smith.

Whilst I’m sure many will disagree we have a very talented 6 and 1. What we don’t have is a 7 and 9.

As committed and down to earth as Sam Powell appears, I’m simply not literate enough to express the lack of satisfaction it gives me that he is our 9 compared to Roby, Parcell, Clark, McShane etc. I was half hoping O’loughlin was going to knock him out.

I know mate, people are saying we have 9 first teamers out but in reality only 5 of them would be first choice.

Not trolling but noticed some comments about lack of availability of good players.
Powell has just plucked another gem in Chris Clarkson (who was without a club) to add to the collection of Cas players who have found happiness at Cas after being rejected else where. They are out there if you have people in place to spot them and then develop them. Think you have as good a three quarter line as any one in super league but Hardaker doesn't seem to be playing the link role he did at Cas. and I've never really rated Williams. Farrell and Greenwood are your best back rowers and will make a big difference when back but I can't see much else positive in the forwards.
To sum up I think you have enough talent to climb the table but have you got the coach to do it?

lost to bottom of the table this week, lost to promoted team last week (and most peoples favourites for bottom this year), and lost to team that had lost 13 straight before beating us. God help us when we rip into Wire Cas and Wakefield !!
