I think so too. I wouldn't go with the cliche of "every minute matters" but there's certainly not much room for slacking off after the split. I can't see anyone being in a position to be able to coast through those final few weeks before the semi's.

For my two penny worth, we are going ok, away form still needs to improve, think squad depth will be vital and we seem to be ok on that, if Lockers stays fit massive plus, " youngsters coming along nicely, Budgie got his form back, every game does matter, looking forward to the next batch of games, intensity should go up a couple of notches, we shall see.

Well thats nothing new bearing in mind you'd have to go back nine years for a club (other than the four mentioned) to appear in the GF. Never mind win it.

I think it's pretty much safe to assume the Grand Finalists will be two of the four.

You never know with Wire, with the play offs being massively downscaled they only need to win two games in a row at the end of the season and they're champions. They'll be better at the business end of the season, particularly if they are lucky with injuries. Everyone in the top 4 has a good chance under this system.

I also wouldn't rule out Huddersfield and if Catalan could improve their away form they may yet be the dark horses particularly if they make the top 4. "The top 4" all have have defensive weaknesses that ensures that they are not by any means certainties to finish in the top 4. Wigan's defence has improved recently but let's see how we perform in the next four weeks before we start thinking that we are back to our best in defence. Sarginson could have a torrid time in the next month unless he significantly improves his technique and timing in defence.
Maybe not a great season for quality but certainly a season where all teams are capable of losing to anyone with the possible exception of Trinity

Whilst our defence has been woeful at times and our attack blunt at others, in terms of the pitch between the two twenty yard lines, we've been very good. Tweak the red zones at both ends and we could do it. So many variables anyway - Clark could come back from his injury as the Man of Steel player, we could lose Hill and/or Westwood to injury, Bridge could have one of his purple patches, Grix coming back for the Super 8s could really stiffen our defence up.... similar is true for all teams...

It's always our year, don't you know.
