Quote Rogues Gallery="Rogues Gallery":( Why should they be playing on Saturday?
Why won't Saints be playing on Sunday?
You've sidestepped that question twice.'"
The original line up had the winners of the two Grand Finals playing on Sunday night and the runners up on the Saturday.

Wigan have been told they can't play Saturday.
That is factual. You can try and talk your way out of it and ask as many questions as you like. The fact remains that Wigan have been told they can't play on the Saturday. I haven't got a clue why you continue to argue that.
Night Rogues.

Go and argue with Sky that you want to play on Sunday.
Wigan were always the Sunday game once they qualified.
And in reality it doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter but you're trying to argue the toss?
As the links above show, the runners up were originally due to play on the Saturday until your landlord spoke up. Wigan weren't always going to be the Sunday at all.

| SO to sum it up:
Wigan Athletic determine when we play as we share a ground.
Wigan Athletic determine when Stains play even though they don't share a ground.

I prefer to think of it as Wigan owning the RFL.

Knocked out in the first round of the lay offs, not taking part in the expanded WCC. It looks that way!

It doesn't really matter to us pal, we can play whenever with us having our own ground.
It's just a bit of a shame for the sport that's all because if we win tomorrow, the World Club Challenge will have to be moved to accommodate a Championship football team. It's more embarrassing for the RFL and Wigan really, it won't matter to us.
I think that sums it up more accurately.

The original statement had the two Grand Finalists plus the highest placed finishers in Superleague playing in these games. That was what the fans wanted to give finishing higher in the regular season some reward.
That should have been Saints, Wigan and Huddersfield. The goalposts were then moved and Warrington were "invited"
Guess what Huddersfield Town play at home on Sat 21st February, as do Hull City, and Sale Sharks. What would have happened if they had qualified?
The RL should have known that there was a probability of ground unavailability.
It was easy to solve.
"Teams a, b and c will play teams x, y and z at a dates and venues to be announced AFTER the Grand Final"
However this the RFL we're talking about.
And Saints still have to play on Saturday because Wigan Athletic are at home.

What's the issue?
There is 1 game Friday. 1 game Saturday. 1 game Sunday.
