| I'm not going to be totally dismissive as to say the winner of this semi will be the winner in the GF, but this is a massive chance for both teams. Saints and Catalans are more than capable of a big performance but you'd have to fancy the winner of this game as the winners.
Wigan will be the favourites with having won both games, finished higher and home advantage and as much as I want this badly I'll be less disappointed than ever if this is our final game of the season.
We have gone beyond all I expected this year with the loss of so many big names so it will be less painful if we lose.
The young lads have really stepped up and I'm pleased with how some have really progressed.
We've blooded some capable young lads and I hope their progress continues.
I won't lie I want my team to win this game more than ever but on the flip side if we lose it will be the easiest to take against Wigan, let's hope it's played within the spirit of the game, the losing set of fans take it with good grace and it entertains the neutrals to a point of awe.
May the best team win.

+1.
Let's also revel in the lack of Yorkshire left in the comp.

| Anybody else think the winner of this will be Les Catalan in the final?!
Not as clear cut as everybody thinks I feel.... I think Catalans have more than a great chance of turning Saints over. 11/4 with the bookies, they nilled Saints in France few months back... I'd still put Saints as favourites but Seeing Catalans at Old Trafford wouldn't surprise me one bit!

| I think Saints will win.
Three trips over in 3 weeks takes some doing.
Also Catalans at OT is the last thing the RFL would want.
I can't see much going their way in the game.

| I really hope the lads have their guards up against complacency in the next game(s). Wire without Briers and Saints without Walsh may not look as dangerous on paper but I really don't buy into the way their fans are writing them off. You don't get to the SL semis without being at least a threat

| We're not writing them off but we are honest enough to say we're not a patch on last year.
We are more than capable of beating you but it would take a special performance.
We don't have the old heads to calm situations down, we are reckless and we over play.
Over playing nearly had us beat by Widnes, we truly are a team that beats itself.
Play safe rugby with a good defence and you always have a chance of beating us and that is just the lower sides, the higher sides just play their own stuff and wait for us to cough up the ball.

| No Yorkshire teams left in at the semi-final stage. Is this a first?
