| This is the Sky script isn't it? If I recall correctly, there were 3 VR decisions which were debatable and could have been given, and 2 went against us. Hansen was taken out for Dobson's try. HKR were lucky, but they shoudn't let that detract from a decent performance.
We were lucky to see Budgie's excellent debut, Rocky again showing signs of a wonderful attacking talent and Luaki making a far stronger comeback than we could have expected.

| Quote Albion="Albion"Hull KR were slowing us down with lying on and all sorts when they beat us the other week. They are the worst side in SL discipline-wise IMO.
There was no obstruction in the Hull KR try. If you think it was obstruction, then a lot of Wigan trys should be chalked off for the same reasoning too. Bad read from Hansen.
Forward pass from Eden to Gleeson was incorrectly called. You score off the next play and go in at HT 10-10.
Charnley's first VR call was a shocking decision, it was CLEARLY not a try. His second VR call was not so clear cut and initially I thought it was no try, but on the super zoom it appears it was a try.
That's the difference. You can use all the justification in the world about swings and roundabouts etc, but the one that CLEARLY wasn't a try was somehow given. You must be able to understand their frustrations.'"
Yet, given the season as a whole, which is the only way you can judge these things, is IS a case of swings and roundabouts. You may not like that - especially when Wigan appear to benefit, but you need to accept it.
Hull KR once won a game at Wigan because Silverwood allowed another tackle to be played AFTER the half-time hooter had gone. I didn't see too many neutrals complaining about that, so forgive me if I don't take your whingeing too seriously.

| To the hull KR fan who was complaining that only one of their players got binned after a team warning. I don't think he was binned because of the team warning, it was more for the disgusting attempt to snap Ryan Hampshires ankle by twisting it when he was already tackled and on the floor.

| Wigan looked poor last night and got few refs calls but I always say " playing bad and winning is sign of good team" and also had few out.
I wouldn't be to worried about last night if I was a Wigan fan. Your top of the league, in the final of the challenge cup so it's not bad.

| At the game I said Charnleys second try wasn't a try, and having watched it again I still wouldn't give it.. However, his third one was, and Lauakis was. Initially Lauaki was just short but rolled the ball onto the line whilst remaining in contact at all time.
Watching Dobsons try that was as clear a case of obstruction as you will see. It wasn't a poor read by Hansen, the HKR player ran straight into him. Had Hansen played the "old soldier" and gone to ground it would have been brought to the attention of the referee, instead he still tried to make that tackle on Dobson.
Oh, and the forward pass on half time definitely was. It was directly in front of my seat in the West Stand.

| Quote FIOS="FIOS"The ref was just as bad for both teams, that ruck speed was awful it was just an awful game to watch, hull krs first two try's came from two obstructions but we won't see anyone mention that. We played as bad as we did vs Cas, luckily Hull KR are awful or it would have been another embarrassing home loss.'"
a 9-4 penalty count, play against 12 men, a try on the side line given and that's before we get to the cowardly antics of Mr. McCheapshot. Yes Mr. Hollywood and his video colleague were the same for both teams. Obstruction and ruck speed are subjective, putting a ball on a line and continually using you elbow and illegal wrestles are not.
As for Rovers being awful we're coming along nicely under our new coach thanks. You on the other hand look worryingly more and more a one man team as you performances and results without Tomkins prove. You must be looking forward to next year without him.
Better hope he's fit for Wembley and the play offs!
Apart from Farrel, Richards and Pee Wee you look pretty average to me especially your forwards.
Good luck next year without Sam and Pat you'll need it.
The officials continue to embarrass this great sport. Sharp has to go!

What a gem of the post.
Pretty average BUT top points scorers, top of the league, Challenge Cup finalists.
"Good luck next year without blah blah blah" Heard it all before with Hanley, Edwards, Farrell, Lam, etc etc etc etc. Go and post on VT with the rest of the mid table teams fans all foaming at the mouth.

You haven't "come on" under your new coach, your still awful. As your league position proves.
Secondly, can you enlighten us all on an "illegal wrestle" please? Id love to find out what this is. When was an elbow used aswell? Didnt one of your players get binned for "wrestling" Ryan Hampshire's leg??

| You had a lot of good players to cover the previous loses you don't have now nor does your chairman appear to be replacing them?
Just list me your results when Tomkins hasn't played over the past 2 seasons please.

It's true we have bad results when we don't have Sam playing, but we are still good enough to beat the rubbish teams....
