Its a possibility although Leigh would want an early release fee and, to be fair, we haven't missed Prescott this year. With a fully fit squad we have more than enough front rowers for the rest of the year |

I think Wigan will have known for a while that it was unlikely he'd make a comeback this season so I doubt this will change anything in regards to recruitment for this year.
They may look to bring an extra prop in for next year though.

I think we should be alright really, Hopkins was probably bought to replace Prekkie anyway

Sad to see a player retire when he should be approaching his prime.
One thing that summed up his 100% commitment when playing is that he used to finish a lot of matches with a bandage round his head that was oozing blood.

I think there is some formula for doing this. I also think Prescott will benefit from an insurance policy or possibly his contract will be paid-up via the club with funds from the proceeds of one. Not entirely sure how it works. |
