I can't believe that the Challenge Cup website doesn't have details of when the draw is, even worse is that the "live draw" page shows the 4th round ties it's almost like the 5th round didn't just complete.

What is it with the RFL and managing to stuff up everything they touch?

Geoff, you may be closer to the truth than you think.

As everyone knows the top brains at R/L headquarters (and Sky) are currently in the process of re structuring the game.
They are trying to get some of the best ideas from the Super League playoffs into the Challenge Cup and so give it extra bite.
As we all know the most popular teams in the R/L and Skys eyes are Leeds and Saints, so what they are trying to do is use a system similar to the play offs, in which a team can lose and still get a second chance.
So when the draw finally takes place do not be surprised to see a Round Robin type of draw that is set up to see the Red Hall favourites (Leeds) and the Great Entertainers (Saints) get to the final.
