Where you are playing and who you are playing is irrelevant if the referee is completely inept.
I am not concerned in the slightest about how many penalties we conceded against them, because the performance of Alibert was that bad.

He was woeful, by the end saints fans were complaining when we got a penalty, as he has no concept of letting a game flow, penalising everything and just ruining the game as spectacle

If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg |

| Well, you lovely Saints fans have nothing to complain about regarding our comments about Rush. You were calling our coach an "Ape" before the season started. We gave yours fair chance, and have commented after his sulky appearences on TV. Whats your problem?

If you read my comments properly, you will see that I was simply asking why you did not like him. This has been explained by a couple of people, and I have expressed no argument or problem with their reasons.

Reading the thread would have told you. That said, your problems with injuries and the loss Graham would depress anybody. I can't understand why you would appoint a man who clearly does not want the job long-term, as stated by himself.

The answer is in the question. We haven't appointed him long-term.

I can only assume you are winding me up because I find it hard to believe you are that stupid.
You said you cant understand why we've appointed someone who doesn't want the job long term. My point is that we have only appointed him in the short-term, which he is more than happy to do. I really don't get what you're trying to say.

Well he is happy to do it until a permanent coach is in place.
What's so difficult to understand?!

Of course he is happy to do it, and he has said as much. McManus didn;t have a gun to his head.
Rush has said that he has happy to fill in for this season IN THE SHORT TERM and as a proud St.Helens lad, its a fantastic honour and privilge to take the job. He has also said the IN THE LONG TERM he wants to focus on his preferred role, which I am sure you would agree he excells at.
So to make it very simple, he doesn't want the job in the long term, and he hasn't been asked to do this. He is happy to do the job in the short term, and this is what he is doing.
It really is very very simple.

4486_1428087820.png Newsnight 13th May 2010: "With the role of Deputy Prime Minister a non-job. Has Nick Clegg gone from King Maker to tea maker????"
I kept the faith and I kept voting
Not for the iron fist but for the helping hand
For theirs is a land with a wall around it
And mine is a faith in my fellow man
Theirs is a land of hope and glory
Mine is the green field and the factory floor
Theirs are the skies all dark with bombers
And mine is the peace we knew
Between the wars:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_4486.png |

| He does not look like Tommy! How very dare you!!
But if that is all he's got, then I'm disappointed!

True, it is pretty lame. Then again, Wane is bound to be better at the jungle drums thing, having grown up in the tropical forests of Eastern Zaire
I actually quite like reading that we don't like each other in every interview, stoke it up
As an aside (not been on here since the announcement) - made up you get to host this at the DW, a proper away cup tie rather than the sanitised shambles that could have been. Well done Wigan.

I will look to the moment, and miraculously, the future will take care of itself.

Looks like the love child of Tommy Martin & Bella Emberg and in fairness he shouldn't be in the job if he wasn't talking his team up and saying they want to get one over on us after Good Friday, they are certainly a very good team - just hope we are better on the day and hope we don't do the lightening quick passes this week as they'll be bound to have someone ready to intercept'"
I think he looks like a cross between Tom Hanks & Graham Norton, thats all I have to say.
