Forget how it works exactly but dont Carmont, Richards and Leuluai not count on the "proper" oversees quota. I agree that its probably too many tbh, suppose it depends on Roberts' recovery whether or not we'd be looking to get shut of him before next season. The rest are all top drawer players who compliment the blend of experienced British players and upcoming youngsters in the squad. Also Carmont hasn't decided on his future yet. And as far as we know Cross is only a stop gap til the end of this season anyway.

I'd be happy with Carmont, Richards, Leuluai, Finch, Hoffman, Lima + maybe one more signing of equivalent standard as our oversees players for 2012.

He will definately bolster our pack till the end of the season. He may have a point to prove to a few doubters aswell, he may excel in our team. I'll leave it a couple of games till I judge him.

As long as neither Prescott or Mossop miss out when fully fit then this should be a useful signing. I've changed my mind on this having realised Madge has no interest in giving Crosby a chance this year. Maybe there are too many overseas players but I don't think Roberts will play again this year so that probably makes it less of an issue.

Excellent extra fire power for business end of the season ,

very true. I expect madge to get the very best out of him. As a coach that's what he gets out of players which is in total contrast to brain mac who is a genuine bloke just not a number 1.

As others have already stated he provides excellent cover at time when we really need it. Plus it should mean the end of us only fielding three props in matches, hopefully.



For me he'd play against Wakey and then we could rest Lima, who played in the Quins game with an injury I believe.
