Ancient and loyal upon my chest....until it got ruined by drums and people singing it too fast. Drums have ruined nearly every good song weve ever made up in fact.
Looking forward to singing "They gave us eric ashton and Brett Kenny......" and "Wigan Rugby Champions" for a short while anyway, until they also get ruined by drums and people changing "rugby" to "Warriors"

Hate - that long drawn out drum to the Vindaloo tune with WARRIORS tagged on the end, Barmy Army (especially that awful England Cricket version)

Agreed, vindaloo chants and barmy army chants should be left to npower league 2 football clubs, they sound awful. "Bring on the Warriors" is cringeworthy aswell but at least it can be changed to "bring on the champions" now. Any song with Warriors in it should be well and truly deleted from our song book. |
