My bench is impact, I rate Westwood put against the Aussies we need more than a grunt workhorse second row we need ones who are capable of going the full length and scoring tries.

i know we dont have alot of choice but how is someone who has played 3 first grade games all year the automatic pick id rather have sam at fb and play someone else in the halves people are assuming because he plays in the NRL he is class but he isnt proven and isnt tested we need a strong fb and 2 excellent wingers against the aussies i guess i just dont get fuss about him hope he proves me wrong

Who would you put in the halves then? Widdop is much less of a gamble at FB than anybody else we could replace Sam with in the halves.

well if the team is picked on form and merit as it should be id have sam fb with robinson and brown in the halves i just dont see why widdop who has played 3 senior games all year should be given a start

Robinson and Brown in the halves is just simply not good enough. We need quality players and ive seen enough of them two to know they wont get us anywhere against the Aussies imo. Widdop has the potential to be quality and thats why he is getting a chance imo.
