I'd say, be careful with 'filling' the ground with a constant line of flags.
Not sure what else could be done, but to me it can become too many and look a little cheap maybe???
Like I say, I dunno what else can be done. + the purpose of giving the ground 'our touch' so it feels like home is great...
I just worry about how it may look in the end?

Nogga, id love to take them to leeds matey, but in future everyone is going to have to take there own individual flags to away games and organise to collect them from the stadium. I had an absoulute nightmare at Crusaders and Widnes carrying them all day then hanging and taking down. As you know, I aslo had an accident at Crusaders taking the flags down, climbing walls to take down flags and drinking all day doesn't mix!!!!

I wonder if we could decorate the top gantry (with fenway sign on) with cherry & white boards as ive seen latics do at games.
Surely that is a small cost the club could afford?
It looks good in blue and white, It would look superb in C&W.

I agree with you. Thats the way i thought it would be when we sorted the flags, that everyone would tke their own. Then when people started takin em on the coaches, it seemed daft going to the ground and picking mine up.
Regarding last week, f*ck knows how i didnt end up the same way as you! I was a bit merry to say the least  |

| Was looking to obtain a quote (and order) the "Super Kris" flag today from Barmyflags in the hope that it would arrive in time for the Saints game.
Looks like they are mad busy (assume for the World Cup) as they have put this statement on their website:

Got a reply from them today. They're starting the Formby one today (was ordered over 3 weeks ago). Reckon a week, possibly two before it arrives. |
