| When Wire visit Wigan during the season I am going to buy a North Stand ticket (and not use it obviously), then I will be able to brag how they have not sold all their ticket allocation.

Rugby League has always and still does mean more to the people of Wigan than those in Warrington.
That's why more watch the team and more play the game in Wigan than in Warrington.

Looks like after all the fuss about ticket allocations, Warrington actually got it just about right with the amount they gave to Wigan seeing as though Wigan have just sold the last of their allocation with one full day to go. It would have been a shame to have tickets going spare in the DW ticket office, when there are people elsewhere who are prepared to buy the tickets.
Probably expect there to be around 2,500 Wigan fans given the amount sold at Wigan and the amount bought directly by Wigan fans from Warrington which should make for a great atmosphere and a great game.

their support at ours on a par with likes of hull and bradford. not as many as a game with leeds and obv no where near a saints crowd. |
