This is going to be in place for all away games - Home games are still online.

It's a shame that the Saints game is the first big test, and it has fallen VERY short.

I did, eventually manage to get my tickets - It took 177 phone calls over about 5 hours.

Really hope it improves over time.

So as somebody who goes to every away game, i will never be able to buy a ticket from wigan? I will always have to pay on the gate (more expensive) and probably miss most saints / warrington away games.

Belting new system this for the workers, hopefully the club hears the feedback and sorts some form of online purchasing.

Phone calls are accepted

Phone calls are a massive inconvenience, especially when you only have 1 15 min and 1 30 min window during the allotted puchasing window. Most people i have seen talk about purchasing over the phone today have said they have had long wait times / phones cut off, having to ring a rediculous amount of times. I understand this is the first time they have ran the system but the options for purchase are just not up to modern standards.

I tried to ring on my dinner monday for my challenge cup tickets and ended up 24th in queue, never even got through in my 30 mins had to hang up. I would have had no chance today. Granted this may be less of an issue with some away games where demand will be less but that doesn't make the system acceptable.

It's 2022 and i can't buy tickets online for an event i want to attend, only in person or over a clogged up phone line between the very limited hours of 10am-2pm. I can't believe it even while i'm typing it.

Rang 44 times throughout the day, didn’t get through once.

Challenge cup tickets were available on line, I purchased mine sunday with no issues

I did buy them online that evening. I went to at first and saw that you had to manually input everybody's details and buy each ticket seperately and thought sod that, be easier to ring. Turns out not



The ticketing website before the current was far superior imo, much easier to buy tickets off.

Just been down to Robin Park, loads of tickets, no queue and no longer one per person
