My original post seems to of been taken out of context as usual and derailed by the usual suspects (Jukes). At no point did i suggest Monie, Gregory or Skerrett as head coach but in advisory/helping roles.

I suggested Skerrett to toughen the forwards up, Gregory to spend a couple of hours a week working with our young half backs and Monie to oversee the performance side of the club on a casual advisory role.

Can you keep Gregory sober for a few hours a week?

Just missing Uncle Mo to oversee the salary cap process.

I vote we get Kelvin the Gorilla and Pie Man back to show Max how to get the speccies chomping at the bit. Max just does not cut the mustard like in the good old days. IL shoudl be bloody ashamed and get his hand in his pocket FFS

You are aware that these men are classified as adults, and therefore must carry some responsibility for their own actions?

I'm sure if you fouled up on a night out, your boss would be the last person who'd expect to take the blame.

As owner he should be answerable to the overall culture surely and what his employees are getting up to when they are bringing the club into disrepute. No issue with individual players taking responsibility, as they should of course, but It’s clear what’s going on over the last few years is not being dealt with appropriately regardless of the sound bites released from those in charge.

I bet he would be quick to sack me though if it brought the company into disrepute, led to negative press or affected business relationships in any way.
