Whilst i agree Lam was possibly the best out of those, the list hardly screams quality does it?

My point is more to do with how Lam played the game and how we are hoping him to coach. He wasnt really a creative half back or a director. He was the kind of player that would go missing and then just pop up and do something brilliant like dip his shoulder and break the line. Dont get me wrong, i really like Lam and hope he succeeds but im not sure he can coach the kind of rugby that we were expecting him to coach.
