I don't think the game needs a weekend made free to acommodate it, just put it on Wednesday. Those of us on this side of the mound have a better chance of getting to Headingley for 8pm. Plus, it gives greater recuperation time. |

I find the chopping and changing of nationalities very amusing, especially as it is always draws a direct correlation to how good a player is. |

But why don't they drop the MM weekend and have this game on a weekend on its own. Instead of the clubs who bring through homegrown talent being punished by having to make up the talent for a league fixture 48 hours later.

Spot on that mate. Why not move the England v Exiles game around. Play it on the May bank holiday weekend. Fans got time to get there. Also, doing it in areas where there may be alot of kiwis and aussies i.e London would be a great idea. |

Play it on the May Bank holiday weekend and scrap the magic games.
Make it an International festival,
England v France at U15 and U16 and U18.
England Knights v France
England v Exiles.
Maybe Army v Navy as well.
