Well there's at least 4000-4500 Newcastle fans there.

Just seen 5 minutes on the tele....Never seen the ground so empty apart from the away end....actually shocked its that bad!!



South stand is just laughable... no more than 2.5k home fans in there!! East has 5-6k max, West 2- 2.5k. Thank god for regular 5k away followings in the premiership - If it wasnt for away followings they'd be averaging less than 10k in the superdupa global biggest league in the world barclays league premiership!!









And they still say its turning blue!





Latics are dying a death whether or not they get relegated....the novelty factors gone, all their 'support' who really just went to see Rooney et all have departed, and their back to their sub 10k core, just as we're on a crest of a wave!! Love it!

It's not the biggest league in the world. Small clubs sneaking in every year prevent this.

What's with the empty South Stand every home game?
Surely Latics can flood the town with quid a kid tickets and freebies just to make it look a decent crowd. Or do they already do this?

Yep.

A number of times I have queued for match tickets last season and overheard such deals being made in the next kiosk. (Such as OAP's getting in certain games for £1 each)!!
