I'd say Terry O'Connor.
I know he was recognised as a good player by the fact he was picked on a regular basis for GB but here at Wigan he was playing in teams over the years containing the likes of Robinson, Paul, Lam, Radlinski, Farrell, Newton etc which meant his contribution to our side was probably a touch un-noticed.
As a player he just made yard after yard allowing the guys mentioned above to get in the positions to work their magic.
If only we had a prop as good now.

McCormack was fantastic for us that season and i was gutted that he was only offered a very poor deal for the next year which resulted in him going. Think it was morley that took him out against leeds? Seem to remember cassidy getting himself sent off trying to get some sort of retribution. |
