It's certainly a preferable option to pumping our cash into the stadium.
I see the South Stand had plenty of empty seats despite us being told they'd stopped selling tickets for it on the Wednesday.
My question, therefore, is ... had those empty seats already been sold to season ticket holders who were on holiday, which I admit is a distinct possibility, or were the stadium authorities just being dicks?

isnt there a law where 10% of capacity cant be sold as its unreserved seating? |

Out of interest (and conscious some posters support the football team) what do Latics do pre-match?
I had been told they have access to the bar area over at the leisure centre but not sure if this is still the case?

Not what I saw earlier on in season and last at that top bar. Team of four, black t-shirts on with white branding (can't remember the name of the company). This time all staff had Wigan Polo tops and lanyards, one girl was a player.

Definitely up until the long gap away from the DW cause I was talking to the main chap regards lack of cash payments. 
Point now being its great things seem to be more 'in house' than previous. I can understand why they did it until they had the infrastructure in place.
Just need get rid of "Benny Burgers" and we'll be reet!  |

I went with my nephew who was up from Dorset with his son. He absolutely loved the concept.
